What is a Hoco?

If that's indeed how you spell it, what am I saying, it's not even a word!! My little smarty pants "thinks" she has gotten so avanced (or so bored) with the english language, that she has now started to make up her own words. The main one being "hoco" and I have NO idea what it means, but she calls ME that. We will be playing and she'll call me a hoco, so I ask her,"Madi, what's a hoco?" and she answers, laughing, "You!" So I don't know if I should get on to her or just go along with it. For now we just go along with it, she uses it when she's playing with us. So I guess when her tone of voice changes then that's when it's going to be a problem.
