Crying over spilled milk

The other morning Madi was sitting at the kitchen table eating her bowl of cereal, I was washing dishes, and Michael was on the couch, when we here a crash and Madi crying. We go to her rescue and find that she has spilled her bowl all over herself, the chair and the floor. She was almost finished with her cereal so we told her it was alright and cleaned the mess. But once she calmed down enough to be understood, this is why she was crying...."I was saving my milk. I wanted to drink my milk. Now I don't have any milk!" Apparently she purposely saves her milk to drink it out of the bowl at the end. I knew she liked to drink it when she was done but never thought it was why she likes cereal so much. Man, to be a kid again!! You gotta love it.
