So, this past Saturday, ACS had their annual spaghetti dinner and talent show. we had a fun time and enjoyed some good food, good desserts, and good talent. There was a dessert auction that got pretty interesting. Some of those desserts went for as much as 120 to 150... DOLLARS! Craziness. I bid as much as $70 but always managed to get outbid every time, lucky for me. I did make sure to get an apron that Madi's class made, at whatever cost. Fortunately for Michael's wallet, we were the only ones there from Madi's class. So we got the apron for a grand total of $100. Oops, one too many zeros. I mean I got it for $10! We did make an extra donation to support the school, though. So now we have a new apron that hangs in our kitchen that no one is allowed to use. Funny huh? The aprons were extra cute because the kids wrote their own names on their handprint. Surprisingly, almost all of the 3k could do this with very little help from us.
